THE BRIEF
Alex, the founder of Transforming Basketball – A forward thinking basketball company, brought us a challenge. Their valuable coaching insights weren’t connecting with a large enough audience on social media. Alex’s location in the US, working for the Portland Trail Blazers, made creating new content difficult. However, they had a large archive of old content.
THE SOLUTION
We tailored a new video-led content strategy to focusing on telling stories around Transforming Basketball’s unique philosophy. We utilised their old video footage, external B-roll & new voiceovers to create new engaging videos.
THE RESULTS SO FAR

The impact was immediate. In the first 2.5 months of our collaboration:
- Instagram engagement increased by 13x (1359%), from an average of 76.2 to 1111.4 engagements per post.
- Instagram followers increased by 83%, from 4580 to 8402.
- X, TikTok, and Facebook saw increases of 180%, 248%, and 370% in engagement, respectively.
